Ingredients
- 1 cup Sol Food Pancake Mix
- 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 egg
- 1 cup milk or water*
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 4 Tbsp honey
- Maple Syrup (for topping)

Instructions
