Perfect for a weekend breakfast or brunch, they are naturally sweetened with honey and topped with maple syrup for an indulgent yet wholesome treat!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sol Food Pancake Mix
  • 1/2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup milk or water*
  •  2 tsp cinnamon
  •  4 Tbsp honey
  •  Maple Syrup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the pancake mix, oil, milk, and egg until well combined.
