At Sol Food, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.

Returns

• Unopened items may be accepted within 14 days of delivery.
• We do not accept returns on opened products due to food safety regulations.
• Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• A Restocking Fee will apply

Refund Process

To initiate a return and request a refund, please email sales@solfoodcompany.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive the returned product in its original condition, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be processed after we receive your return.
