Meet Our Founders:

We all know the phrase ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day,’ but with so many unhealthy options out there, it can feel overwhelming to know how to navigate it all.

Up until 2019, our family was eating sugary cereals and pancakes for breakfast that left us feeling hungry and tired. That year, Dad attended a conference and learned that "Food is Medicine," and our health journey began. We started making simple upgrades, choosing better options without sacrificing taste.

By 2022, we wanted a healthier breakfast alternative, and after trial and error, we perfected our pancake mix. Sol Food was born—a family-run business with Dad, Mom, and daughter, dedicated to making breakfast both nutritious and delicious. We’re more than just a pancake mix; we’re a family committed to brighter, healthier mornings. Join us on this journey!
