Meet The Team

Sol Food started with a simple shift in perspective. In 2019, our family began taking a closer look at the foods we were eating—quick breakfasts, sugary snacks, and processed options that left us not feeling our best. We began making small changes by choosing high-quality organic ingredients. As we experimented in our kitchen, we discovered that what we eat shapes how we feel, how we live, and how we connect with others.

As our love for clean eating grew, we felt inspired to share with others. Bree brought her passion for baking to the table, Angie leaned into her creativity in the kitchen, and Daryl saw the potential to turn this shared passion into something bigger. In 2023, we launched our first product: a pancake mix made with real, organic ingredients and packed with superfoods. Since then, we’ve grown into more than just breakfast by branching into desserts, snacks, and everyday staples.

Today, Sol Food is a family-owned brand built on a simple belief: when food is made with care and grown by the sun, it has the power to help people feel their best.

The word ‘sol’ means ‘sun’ in Spanish, and that’s the heart of everything we do. We chose the name Sol because the sun gives life to our ingredients and energy to how we live. It reminds us to slow down, be present, and focus on what matters.

From the oats to the dates to the seeds, the sun plays a role in everything we create. We hope that every bite brings a little sunshine into your day!
