This website, solfoodcompany.com, is operated by Sol Food Company ("Sol Food," "we," "us," or "our"). By visiting the site, creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the policies they mention: our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

Using Our Site

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to place an order, or have a parent or guardian's permission. Please give us accurate information when you order or create an account, and keep your account login to yourself. You agree not to use the site for anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to try to get into parts of it that aren't meant for you.

Our Products

We do our best to describe and photograph our mixes accurately, but colors and packaging may vary slightly from what you see on screen. The label on the bag is the final word on ingredients, allergens and nutrition. If you have a food allergy or sensitivity, please read the label before you bake. Nothing on this site is medical or dietary advice.

Prices and Availability

Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Products may sell out or be discontinued without notice. If a product is listed with the wrong price or information, we may cancel orders placed at that price and refund you in full. We may also limit quantities or decline an order at our discretion.

Discounts and Promotions

Discounts can't be combined unless an offer says otherwise. When more than one discount could apply to your order, checkout applies the one that saves you the most. Welcome codes work once per customer and can't be used with Subscribe & Save. Promotions may change or end at any time.

Subscribe & Save

When you choose Subscribe & Save, you're signing up for an order that repeats automatically on the schedule you pick. You authorize us to charge the payment method you used at checkout on each order date, at your subscription price plus any shipping and tax, until you cancel. You can pause, skip, change or cancel anytime before your next order date, as explained in our Cancellation Policy. If your subscription price is going to change, we'll let you know before the change takes effect.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method you provide.

Shipping, Returns and Refunds

Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy, and returns and refunds by our Refund Policy.

Reviews and Content You Share

If you send us a review, photo, recipe or other content, you let us use, display and share it on our site, in emails and on social media, with credit to you where it makes sense. Please only share content that is yours to share and that isn't unlawful, offensive or misleading. We may remove any content at our discretion.

Our Content

Our name, logo, recipes, photos, designs and text belong to Sol Food or the people who licensed them to us. You're welcome to use the site for your own personal, non-commercial use, but please don't copy or reuse our content without permission.

Other Services

Our site runs on Shopify and uses other trusted services, for example for subscriptions, reviews, email and store locations. Links to other websites are provided for convenience, and we aren't responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimer

We work hard to keep the site accurate and running smoothly, but it's provided "as is" and "as available." To the extent the law allows, we don't promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent the law allows, Sol Food isn't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

Indemnification

You agree to cover Sol Food for claims, losses and costs that result from your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah and applicable U.S. federal law.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when they're posted here, and the date at the top shows the latest version.
