Absolutely love your pancake mix even my husband loves it who is very skeptical so simple to whip up every morning and truly enjoy it. Thank you so very much. We don’t eat that heavy very often. Great Tasting; Easy to use

I thiink the pancake mix is healthy and clean. I am vegan so I used a flax egg to make pancakes instead of a chicken egg. That method worked fine. But for me there is too much sodium. I am very sensitive to sodium as I have high blood pressure. So I am passing on the mix to my adult children. Still recommend though.
